SETTANTA
Settanta can be a desk or a vanity unit, whichever you prefer. Everything depends on the details. Its design with its rounded lines and refined flavour is expressed by the refined workmanship and choice of materials, in various finishes: wood, stoneware and eco-leather.
Wood and eco-leather desk
Settanta is a writing desk with a wooden frame and top, equipped with a large drawer that opens with a bottom grip. Every detail is taken care of, with workmanship that recounts the craftsmanship know-how cultivated by Dallagnese since its beginnings The top can also be chosen in stoneware, in various finishes, and completed or not by a shell covered in eco-leather. The latter embraces the cabinet and makes it so finished that it is perfect even when placed in the centre of a room.
The eco-leather shell of the Settanta desk and vanity unit is a feature shared by its entire family, which also consists of a bed, night stand, chest of drawers and weekly chest.
VINTAGE ECO-LEATHER
Eco-leather with a lived-in feel. A specific treatment gives it the vintage look, as if the colour were slightly worn, keeps it flat and pleasant to the touch. It is also offered in a version that simulates woven workmanship, suitable for details such as the backs of certain chairs or bed frames. In both versions it is fire retardant, with European Class 1IM certification.
MATT LACQUERS
The panels are composed of wood fibers and are evenly and fully opaque lacquered with non-toxic water-based paints that are safe for everyone's health. They offer numerous colour options for custom furnishings.
METALLIC MATT LACQUERS
Metallic matt finishes are derived from matt lacquers, and have a special effect reminiscent of small bright specks applied. It is achieved by special pigments, mixed into the basic amalgam of the paint.
GLOSSY LACQUERS
Glossy lacquers are perfect for making a room bright and visually larger because they reflect light. For this reason, they are ideal in small rooms. Thanks to the large number of finishes available, they also make it easy to customize the decor of any room, following one's own tastes.
CONCRETE EFFECT LACQUERS
These are lacquers that are part of Up Surfaces, special surfaces because they very realistically simulate other materials, in this case cement. The result is taken care of by operators specialized in hand troweling the lacquer until the desired concrete effect is achieved.
METAL EFFECT LACQUERS
Up Surfaces also include special metal effect lacquers. They require specific brushing operations, carried out by hand by specialized operators, until the characteristic metal effect is achieved.
WOODS 1
The oak is offered in various open-pore finishes so that the wood essence can be appreciated in all its natural grain. The surface is subjected to a brushing process and then coloured with water-based, non-toxic and environmentally friendly paints.
WOODS 2
It is the woods that are distinguished by value, due to the type of processing performed or the type of wood chosen. For example, heat-treated oak becomes more valuable because it undergoes a high-temperature process that makes it stronger, more stable and durable, as well as darker to the eye. Canaletto walnut, on the other hand, is valuable by nature, with its channels carrying chlorophyll clearly visible to draw elegant textures.
TEXTURED FINISHES
These are panels composed of wood fibers, finished with a sheet of a paper-based material, made strong and compact. Its surface processing extremely realistically simulates a variety of materials, from wood to stone to leather, or it can simply be colored.
MATT STONEWARE
Matt stoneware lend a touch of refined sophistication to any decor. They appear as understated surfaces to the eye, pleasingly textural to the touch as they flawlessly simulate elegant stones. However, they are far easier to maintain, always environmentally friendly, recyclable and produced with natural elements from suppliers also because they adopt sustainable processes.
GLOSSY STONEWARE
Furnishings that sport polished stoneware elements become a visual centerpiece. Indeed, they emanate a feeling of opulence like the marbles they beautifully reproduce, with the added advantage of being easier to maintain, while still being environmentally friendly. They are in fact formed from natural, recyclable elements and produced by suppliers chosen by Dallagnese also because they adopt sustainable processes.
